Pick Reservation - No More Double-Picking

Two people, one pick, zero conflicts. Picks are now locked to whoever starts working on them first - shared across mobile and web.

• When someone starts making changes on a pick, it's locked to them.

• Anyone else who opens it sees "User X is currently working on this pick" and can view, but can't edit.

• The lock releases automatically when the holder finishes, or after 10 minutes of inactivity - then the next person to make a change becomes the new holder.

Example: User X is picking items.User Y opens the same pick, sees the warning, and can't edit. If User X is inactive for 10 minutes, User Y can now work on it.

Open Order Demand - Cleaner Numbers

Open order demand no longer counts orders that are already draft or despatched - so the quantities reflect what's actually still open. Payment status has no bearing on this calculation either way.
