This release sharpens day-to-day workflows, from courier setup and purchase-order receiving to locations, orders, and reporting. By surfacing the right controls at the right time and fixing edge cases across the app, Helm stays predictable and reliable so your teams can move through tasks with confidence.
Across couriers, locations, orders, inventory, and help, each change is aimed at reducing friction and keeping operations moving steadily forward.

The “Install New Courier” popup on the Courier page has been updated so that popular couriers appear at the top of the list, with all others sorted alphabetically. Choosing and configuring the right courier is now faster and more intuitive.
Purchase Order–type deliveries now allow receiving quantities greater than the expected delivery quantity. Any over-received amount is shown in a tooltip in the “Received” column on the Purchase Order card page, so you stay informed without cluttering the view. In addition, the Purchase Order list no longer shows “-” for Delivery Status when a delivery exists; the correct status is displayed so your list reflects reality.
On the Location List page, bulk actions let you update Length, Width, Height, Colour, and Max Items for multiple locations at once, so routine updates no longer require repeated one-by-one edits. New columns -Max Item, Length, Height, and Weight- give you the dimensions and capacity you need directly in the list, keeping location management transparent and efficient.
In the Live Orders section, status tiles are now fully clickable, with tile widths and separators aligned for a consistent layout. Numbers display to one decimal place (e.g. 152.2K) for a clearer view. For partially completed picks, a new “Mark As Complete” button appears next to Publish; clicking it shows a confirmation that marking the pick complete will allow incomplete orders to appear on new picks, so you can close off picks deliberately and avoid confusion.
When working with the Orders table, behaviour is now more consistent: clicking anywhere on the order row takes you to the Order Detail page, while the status popover opens only when you click the status indicator, so navigation and status changes no longer interfere with each other.
The Inventory Checks module has been improved so that 0 stock locations appear in search results and when adding all locations, and the Current Qty column is no longer blank in those cases. The Product info hover now matches the Order Card style and includes a link to the product page, so you can move from check to detail without extra steps.
In the Reporting module, the “Chat with Your Reports” button is disabled until the report is completed and becomes clickable only once the report is ready, so you are not prompted to chat before the data is available. In the Help Center, minimized documents now show a “Continue Reading” animation in the sidebar; clicking it reopens the document, so you can resume exactly where you left off.
Steady, clear, and built for the way you work: the Helm team.
