Tidier Lists, Sharper Tracking, Steadier Fulfillment

Location List – Bulk Deletion, Built In
You can now delete multiple locations at once from the Location List using Bulk Actions, so cleaning up outdated or unused locations no longer means clicking through them one by one.

Despatch Terminal – Barcode Support for Package Types
Package types can now be identified by scanning their barcode directly in the Despatch Terminal, making packaging selection faster and less error-prone on the floor.

Shipment History – More Reference, Less Guesswork
Channel Order ID, Despatched By and Channel Alt ID are now visible as columns on the Shipment History page, giving you the order reference you need right where you're already looking for improved tracking and visibility.

Allocation – Recompute, Reinforced
The allocation recompute process has been refactored for better performance, scalability, and accuracy. Large-scale recomputations run more efficiently, fulfillment status calculations stay consistent, and the system holds steady under heavier allocation loads.

Neuro Order Import – Refunds, Handled Properly
Refunded items in Neuro order imports are now brought in as deleted items, staying visible on the order with a timeline entry marking their refunded status. All other import behavior remains unchanged.

Steady, clear, and built for the way you work: the Helm team.
