💡 Enhancements that Refine the Everyday

Email Compliance

When an order arrives without a customer email, Helm now generates a synthetic one using the customer name + @example.com

Every order pulls into the system flawlessly

Simpler UX

The Select Import popup now closes when you click outside of it - no extra clicks required

Improved Layout

The scroll inside Access Restrictions in Company Settings has been removed - page height now adjusts elegantly on its own

Safer Access

The Helm account on the Mail Account page is protected from edits - this account is added automatically to prevent errors - now it simply works without risk of misconfiguration

Cleaner Print Types

• Duplicate Order Cheat Sheet templates are unified into a single one

• Selecting Order Cheat Sheet + 6x4 gives you the correct template every time

• Filtering by Order Cheat Sheet shows everything relevant at once

Purchase Order Delivery

Expected Delivery Dates now display with the year at the end - tooltips have been removed for a cleaner input experience

Default Templates Auto-Select

Whenever you print, the system automatically chooses your default template in dropdowns - less hunting, more doing

Read-Only Item Cost

The Item Cost type field in Company Settings is now read-only - one clear option, no distractions

Setup Wizard Popups

Channel and Courier install popups reappear reliably when clicked again

Wizard Progress

Progress recalculates correctly when moving between companies or accounts

Warehouse Mode

Documentation links in the change warehouse popup now guide you directly to the correct resource - clarity and accuracy right where you need it

Default Templates

Updated defaults now apply instantly to existing orders

Custom Fields

Custom fields for customers and orders save and display as expected

Currency Names

All currencies display with proper names in Company Settings

Setup Guide

Now consistently appears after logout and login - gives users freedom to complete steps at in their own time

Order Cheat Sheet Templates

The correct system default prints, not just the most recently created template

Bulk Instant Movement

Location code filters now work smoothly when creating bulk instant movements

Shipment History

Secondary references appear correctly in shipment history lists

🧪 In Progress

Email Templates

All existing issues have been resolved - a new enhancement to update the company logo is still in design, so templates are excluded from this release and will be updated in a future one

Print Templates

Downloading is still being refined - printing itself runs smoothly via Despatch Terminal on both macOS and Windows

Sales Dashboard

Status rule changes are being refactored - minor errors may appear in data display during this process
