šŸ•øļø Ā Ā  Release Notes 2025.10.08

A Candlelit Oath to Progress

On this crisp October eve, as pumpkins grin and shadows lengthen, we present a bewitched spectacle of refinements, meticulously conjured to transform warehousing and shipping from nocturnal fright into daylight delight

Consider this your invitation to a grand re‑founding of the system: a system so resplendent it will make previous platforms look like cobwebbed reliquaries of a bygone age

Steel yourself: Helm is metamorphosing into a magnificent, mechanised familiar: a revolutionary system that will outshine antiquated contraptions and make your operations positively purr

Enhancements

Purchase Orders, now lucid:

The column formerly muttering ā€˜deliveried status’ has been civilised to ā€˜delivery status’, with statuses refined to ā€˜partial’ and ā€˜full’: clarity without compromise

Movement & Pick, with impeccable discernment:

The ā€˜Assigned User’ filter now includes ā€˜unassigned’, enabling you to summon orphaned movements with a single, aristocratic click

Inventory List, semantically splendid:

ā€˜On demand’ graduates to ā€˜reorder’, while demand signals speak in icons: a Green Checkmark for high, a Red Cross for low: no ambiguity, just instantaneous comprehension

Customer Card, curated like a gallery:

ā€˜Shipping Service’ takes a graceful bow; ā€˜Order Date’ enters stage left, to give each order clear timing and context

Order List, numerically nimble:

ā€˜Channel Alt ID’ joins the cast, bestowing secondary identifiers for cross‑channel enlightenment

Rates, elegantly precise:

ā€˜Movement Rate’ and ā€˜Pick Rate’ now display two decimal places: neat, dependable, and suitably exacting

Imports, clarified to the bone:

ā€˜Import Template’ is reborn as ā€˜Import Data’, and ā€˜Drop your template files here’ now sensibly reads ā€˜Drop your import file here’

Progress, illuminated:

The ā€˜Complete Percentage’ column materialises on Movement and Pick lists, quantifying momentum with dignified candour

Inventory Cost, revealed:

A new column and filter surface the average rolling cost of items, so pricing and planning are guided by clarity, not guesswork

Performance, turbo‑enchanted:

Quicker pages and smoother loading via optimised queries, fewer frivolous API calls, CDN‑served assets, elastic search housekeeping, and refined skeleton loaders: fleetness without fright

Store & Channel, intelligible at last:

ā€˜Sync Inventory’ is rechristened ā€˜Download Inventory’; ā€˜Auto Merge Orders’ now clearly states it merges new orders from the same customer imported from the same store

Archive, now suave:

the Archive button relocates to the right of filters and left of search, appears as an icon with a discreet tooltip, and ushers you into the archive view with gentlemanly restraint

Column Selector, tastefully re‑composed:

We removed the title and container, moved ā€˜Reset to Default’ up to the top header, added ā€˜Import View’, expanded space to show more columns, and combined ā€˜Show Labels’ and ā€˜Show Items’ into two tidy boxes on a single line

Stock Warning emails, refreshed:

Notifications now announce themselves with polish rather than panic

System‑wide theatrics, smoothed:

Improved notifications and loading animations for Ongoing Process, Modal Success and Floating Button Success glide through the UI like well‑rehearsed apparitions

Custom fields, liberated:

Filtering by custom fields is now enabled across Inventory, Customer, Order, and Supplier lists, letting your data don exactly the costume you command

From Apparitions to Aspirations
