Orders & Shipments

Experience an elevated workflow, where bulk actions such as Purchase Order creation and Manual Despatch are now elegantly housed under a singular Create button, simplifying navigation for all.

Quick Despatch and Despatch Order buttons have been adorned with new icons and informative tooltips, rendering your actions lucid and immediate.

The system now responds instantaneously: Despatched Order and Shipment buttons activate the moment your Cheat Sheet is downloaded, so you are never left waiting.

Tracking is clearer than ever, with the “Resent” flag refined to maintain pristine order history.

Inventory & Purchase Orders

Command greater control over your inventory, with Vendor Details now editable even after orders are sent. The Inventory Code column has been renamed for clarity, and once an item is added to Delivery, it is safeguarded against accidental deletion.

The inventory list now reveals precise dimensions: Length, Width, and Height: while new Supplier Code filters and lead time tooltips offer deeper insight. The dashboard presents Inventory Value, dynamic Charts, and streamlined Product Reorder sections with unfaltering reliability. Stock Movement Rate calculations have been honed for accuracy.

Emails & Notifications

Improved Email and Print templates were uploaded to each user’s account.

Brand consistency is paramount; branch logos now grace every email and print template.

Email communications have been reimagined with a modern aesthetic, unified sans-serif typography, and refined visuals. Inviting new users is now more intuitive, with the Invite User button elegantly rebranded as “Set Up Account”.

Payment Request emails and notification reliability have been enhanced, ensuring seamless status transitions and flawless popup behaviour.

Dashboards & Customer Care

Navigate with newfound flexibility: fixed timeframe filters now enrich the Customer Care Dashboard, while shipment regions display only meaningful, high-value data.

Visual clarity reigns, with density scales and maps harmoniously balanced, and the Active Status section now requiring fewer columns for a more succinct view.

Search & Filters

Unlock smarter searching with AI-powered suggested filters, and enjoy instant access as the Search bar appears with a graceful animation. Filters have been reorganised for coherence, and alignment across pages is now impeccable.

Usability & System

The Despatch Terminal now offers an accessible setup guide, silent printing, and direct links within banners. Printing has been modernised with DC Print instead of QZ Tray, and multi-company users will appreciate the clarity of new radio buttons for switching companies. Layouts in Orders and Customer Lists have been subtly refined for optimal spacing.

On the 3rd page of Create/Edit Notification, clicking the ‘Template Settings’ button used to open the email template page directly. It has been updated so that the page now opens in a separate tab and the notification popup remains visible.

Removals

To further elevate your experience, we have streamlined the interface by removing superfluous elements: tooltip page numbers in movement pop-ups, reading times in Help Center pop-ups, the “Custom fields” column in inventory lists, and nested buttons under bulk actions. The image was removed from the shipping service tooltip in the order list, and a tracking code was added for orders with the status ‘Despatched’. The ‘Custom Field’ column was removed from the inventory list. The excluding/including option was removed from the filters on the Channel Logs page.
