Helm's newest release gives webhooks far broader event coverage and richer payloads, brings shipping rules and customs defaults in line with how you've configured them, and puts shipment value calculations through one shared source across every despatch screen.

One Source of Truth for Shipment Values
Shipment and despatch value calculations run through a single centralised source, so the figure you see on the Despatch Terminal, in Batch Despatch, and on a manual single shipment all agree with each other. Item-level and order-level discounts are reflected in the value shown, and updated dimensions are picked up whenever a calculate request runs.
Webhooks Cover More Ground
Event coverage has been extended and tested across the board this round: Inventory, Order, Purchase Order, Pick, Movement, and Delivery events are all in scope, from stock and low-stock alerts through to picks, movements, and deliveries at every stage.
Alongside that, payloads carry more of what the UI already shows you. Delivery Deleted events include the reference number, and Delivery payloads include attached files and delivery duration. Purchase Order payloads include full supplier and address details. Pick payloads report completed lines and units, include the order ID against each item, and return an accurate item quantity total. The Orders API also supports attached files, matching what's already possible in the web UI, and Basic mode accounts see a webhook Event dropdown scoped to the events relevant to them.
Shipping Rules and Customs Defaults
A handful of fixes bring shipping rules and customs defaults in line with your configuration. The weight-based shipping rule applies to courier selection on Batch Despatch. A Failover Service configured on a Shipping Rule steps in on the Despatch Terminal when the primary courier returns an error. New Despatch Target Rules come out Active by default. And System Default HS Code, Country of Origin, and Customs Description auto-populate onto order inventory across Despatch Terminal, Batch Despatch, and Manual Single Shipment whenever an item is missing them, so international orders move smoothly through customs.
Small but nice
Batch Despatch keeps you on the page when processing hits an error, and the dialog button reads "Back to Orders."
The pick detail page loads its records immediately after a pick is created.
You can create a new pick for an order after an item's been deleted from an existing pick.
Cancelling a sent purchase order triggers a channel stock re-sync.
Deleting a storage cost group that's still in use is guarded, keeping location billing accurate.
