Helm's newest release is here - bigger warehouse capabilities, sharper reporting, and pages that work better all around.
This release brings a proper way to move stock between your warehouses, with Transfer Orders and linked destinations built to work the way the rest of Helm already does. Reporting gets a wide upgrade across Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, Shipping, Purchasing and Customers, with new report types and much sharper detail throughout. Busy list pages move faster and hold far more rows at once, search and filtering are better wherever you use them, and records now protect themselves from being worked on by two people at the same time, on mobile. Alongside all that, a handful of smaller improvements make everyday pages clearer and easier to work with.

Transfer Orders and Transfer Destinations
Move stock between your warehouses without leaving Helm. Set up Transfer Destinations to link your warehouses together, then create, pick and despatch Transfer Orders between them, all with the same printing, shipping and tracking options you use for regular orders. Transfer Picks show up in Team Manager as their own job type, ready to assign and work like any other pick.

A reporting upgrade across Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, Shipping, Purchasing and Customers
Reporting has had a substantial upgrade, with new report types and sharper detail across the board. Go and have a look - there's a lot in there to explore.

Nobody steps on anybody else's work
When someone opens a Pick, Movement, Delivery or Inventory Check, on mobile, it's reserved to them. Other users are blocked from working on the same record until it's free again, so two people can't accidentally amend the same one at once.

Faster, more reliable lists
List pages now support up to 250 rows per page, and search and filtering across Helm run on a more robust foundation, giving accurate, consistent results wherever you search or filter. This also lands in the mobile app, so update to the latest version to get it.

Small but nice
Pick Routines can now be filtered by Tags and Folders, so a routine can target exactly the orders you want.
The Channel Linking section on the Inventory page now has tooltips explaining Stock Sync, Include Inbound Stock and Last Synced, so it's clearer what each setting does.

Steady, clear, and built for the way you work: the Helm team
