Helm's latest release adds a new way to handle partially picked orders, rounds out Transfer Orders, and clears out a batch of everyday fixes across orders, printing and lists.
Split Picked lets you divide a partially picked order in two, so you can despatch what you have stock for without cancelling or duplicating anything. Two new API-backed features land quietly: Shipment Webhooks and a setting to control the status of unpaid orders. On top of that, orders pages, print templates and a handful of smaller corners of Helm are steadier and clearer to use.

Split partially picked orders
Partially picked orders can now be split in two: one order for the items that were picked, and one for what's left, so you can despatch what you have stock for without cancelling or duplicating the order. Split Picked is available directly from the order page wherever an order is Partially Picked.
Shipment Webhooks
Helm can now notify external systems as shipment events happen, so integrations stay in sync without polling for updates.
Status control for unpaid orders
Channel Settings now has a setting for the status of unpaid orders, sitting alongside the existing setting for fetching them. Choose whether unpaid orders come in as Draft or as a New Order, so they land in your workflow exactly where you want them.

Small but nice
Invoice and order-centric print templates now support tax and discount as available variables
Unresponsive batch shipments are automatically marked as failed after an hour, so they don't sit stuck in your workflow
Steady, clear, and built for the way you work: the Helm team
